At The Stitchify, we take pride in creating custom-made garments tailored to your exact specifications. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully to understand your rights and our processes.

Custom Orders and Refunds

All garments ordered through The Stitchify are custom-made to your specific measurements and design preferences. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on completed orders. Once an order is placed, it is considered final and non-refundable, as each garment is uniquely crafted to your specifications.

Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel an order under the following conditions:

  1. Before Production Begins: If your order has not yet entered the production phase, you may request a cancellation. Please contact our customer support team promptly.
  2. During Fabric Processing: If the fabric has not been cut or processed, cancellation may be possible. Contact us immediately for assessment.

Orders cannot be canceled if:

  • The garment has entered production, including fabric cutting, stitching, or design work.
  • Work on the order has already started.

Refunds and Compensation

  • Gift Vouchers: In cases where refunds are applicable (e.g., due to an error on our part), compensation will be provided in the form of gift vouchers. The voucher value will be limited to Rs. 2,500 or the actual cost of items (whichever is lower). Gift vouchers typically take 7-10 working days to process.
  • No Cash Refunds: We do not offer cash or direct online refunds under any circumstances.

Replacements and Alterations

  • Misplaced Items: If we misplace any fabric or garment, we will replace it or offer a monetary value refund, provided proof of purchase is supplied.
  • Design or Fitting Issues: For any dissatisfaction with design or fitting, a maximum refund of PKR Rs. 3,000 or stitching charges may apply. Alterations for size adjustments are free if done within 7 days of delivery. Style changes are not covered.

Shipping and Handling for Alterations

For outstation orders or alterations beyond the 7-day period, customers must bear shipping costs. Paid pickup and delivery services are available at extra charges, depending on your location.

Fabric Return Policy

Refunds related to fabric returns are subject to the fabric supplier’s return policy. If the supplier accepts returns, we will process the refund accordingly. If the supplier does not accept returns, no refunds can be made.
